Suspended single-case vertical submersible pump

The suspended single-case vertical submersible pump is a single-stage, single-suction, radially split long-shaft submersible pump, and the pump design conforms to the 11th edition of the API610 standard, which is VS4 pump type. The pump shaft is supported by rolling bearings in the bearing body and plain bearings in the support tubes. The pump can be installed to a depth of up to 10 m and can cover all the range of flow rates up to 800 m3/h and heads up to 200 m. It is suitable for conveying a wide range of clean or contaminated media.

Operating pressure: up to 2.5 MPa

Operating temperature: t=-20°C~+120°C

 

Structural features

1. Coupling structure

◆ The shaft structure has high safety and reliability to ensure the balance of pump operation.

2. Housing

◆ Double volute pump body (outlet DN80 or above) is adopted, which can balance most of the radial force, and the shaft deflection is small and the vibration is small.

3. Support

◆ The rotor parts are supported by multiple points, and the spacing between the guide bearings meets the requirements of API610 standard to ensure that the allowable continuous speed is lower than the first critical speed, and the rigid shaft design ensures the smooth operation of the pump and the small vibration to the greatest extent.

◆ The rolling bearings are grease lubricated or oil lubricated to ensure that they meet the service life requirements in API610. The sliding bearing of the submerged part can be used external flushing or self-flushing according to the condition of the medium.

4. Shaft seal

◆ Because there is a separate outlet pipe, there is no leakage of pressurized medium along the shaft direction, if the liquid is not volatile, there is no need for shaft seal, and various forms of cartridge mechanical seals that meet the requirements of API682 standard can also be used, and the size of the machine sealing cavity meets the requirements of API610 standard.

5. Pump shaft

◆ Rigid shaft design, high-strength pump shaft to ensure the smooth operation of the pump.

6. Insulation jacket structure

◆ By adding high-temperature heating jackets such as outlet pipes, pipes, and pump bodies, the transportation of liquid high-temperature sulfur can be realized, and it is used to melt liquid sulfur at a temperature of 135 °C≤ t ≤ 145 °C in the sulfur acid production process.
